Requirements:
Minimum Standard for Individual Drivers
i. All drivers must be at least 23 years old and meet all D.O.T.
requirements.
ii. All drivers must have at least two years current commercial driving
experience in a comparable class of vehicle.

Ineligible drivers
ii. Any driver with more than 2 at fault accidents in the last 3 years, or
more than 1 at fault accident in the last year.
iii. Any driver with more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years or
with more than 2 moving violations (including at fault accidents as
stated above) in the current year.
