Honey Locust Farms began as a farming operation growing corn, soybeans and wheat. In 1995 we started hauling grain for others with the trucks that hauled our own grain. Then in 1999 we started hauling livestock and by 2005 we had 12 trucks hauling livestock. We then decided to expand into hauling refrigerated foods after purchasing 5 used trucks bringing the fleet up to 17 trucks. Today we currently operate a fleet of 40 trucks permitted to run 48 states. When you are a customer or an employee of Honey Locust Farms you will experience honesty, integrity and excellent service!
The Vision behind the Passion!
Tom Bross, IV
Tom has always had a passion to become an out of the box kind of company since he was a kid. He is always thinking about what will come and how to be on the cutting edge of those times. Tom has found his second love that has been a family business with food production. Because of his leadership he is developing our other companies as we continue to become legacy builders.
Nick is continuing to transform and re brand the company and direction we are going. He focuses around the process and workflow and is the architect of planning. His driver oriented culture that he creates brings opportunities that build financial freedom for drivers and create out of the box solutions for customers by designing customized plans. He is also a vital role in recruiting the professional drivers that service our customers. His leadership has created a culture that you stick with it until it is finished and this isn't a job it is more like a sport and we live for the trill of the experience. His "Do your Part Campaign" has pushed us into growth mode in both asset and brokerage.
